John Graunt’s amazing table – dervived from the  Bills of Mortality – was published in 1662 in his book Natural and Political Observations Made upon the Bills of Mortality

I’ve obtained a better scan from Wikisource and using AI (and much manual work) have converted into an Excel spreadsheet.
