Thoughts on economics and liberty

How IITians have gorged themselves on taxpayer subsidies and betrayed India and the liberty of Indians

Some thoughts on FB today – and previous posts.

I'm trying to point out that IITians have been one of the greatest enemies of India, by promoting big government and failing to either understand or promote liberty and good governance.

Note that there are a few (a very few) young IITians who are trying to break out of this anti-liberty mould, but the numbers are insignificant. And such IITians don't really count on the national scene – yet.

I'm happy to be proven wrong. So far NO ONE has stepped up to the challenge. It is hard for engineers to understand economics and governance, but these people (by and large) don't even try.
