Clear headed thinking needed, not confusion
Here's an example of the many examples of confused thinking that I keep coming across. This is an email interaction just today:
The apparent "chicken-egg conundrum"
Mr XX wrote to me: "If every citizen of India determines it is indeed a very easy task to fix any problem. For this we need right education, right upbringing, prosperity, and resources. This is a very precarious situation like what comes first chicken or egg. It is vicious circle just like without vegetation and forest there is no rain and without rain there is no vegetation and forest. So may God people help India."
The process, Dear Mr XX is very simple, not circular (as you suggest – chicken/egg).
1. The right leaders first who agree on the solutions/policies/strategies
2. The right support and funding
3. Ask the people of India if they want to change?
4. If guaranteed of majority in parliament, contest elections and offer to transform India with the agreed policy platform.
5. ELSE LEAVE INDIA. If the people don't want to change nothing can be done. Just leave!
The policy solutions are offered in BFN (http://bfn.sabhlokcity.com/). The platform exists now – FTI (http://freedomteam.in/). Leaders are assembling and have agreed to basic principles (http://freedomteam.in/draft-policies).So Step 1 is happening. All key strategies have been agreed: http://freedomteam.in/content/ftis-strategy
Freedom Partners are assembling (http://partners.freedomteam.in/). So Step 2 has started.
I suggest people give up their confused thinking (circular thinking/chicken-egg/character problems to be fixed, etc.), and get on with the job of FINDING LEADERS who understand policy.
[I'll post this on my blog as well – need to repeat this basic simple process (which is detailed in BFN) for everyone.]
I trust that the people of India will start seeing the logic of this basic process. If not they are doomed to continue to repeat their failures of the past 60 years.
