I come from the great and ancient land of India where I worked for a while at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration at Mussoorie as a Professor of Management prior to my current posting. I was parented to the Assam-Meghalaya cadre of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
